       London's Wolf Music Recordings unleashes Medlar's "Cub Dubs EP," a      
     four-track exploration of deep house with a playful twist. The opening    
      track, "Percy," sets the mood with a classic deep house foundation -     
     rich basslines and smooth pads.  But Medlar throws in some unexpected     
      flourishes, keeping things interesting for heads in the know.  Think     
      of it as a familiar friend with a surprising new haircut. "Tout Est      
     Fin," a collaboration with Logea, injects a dose of Gallic flair into     
      the mix. The track title translates to "It's All Over," but the vibe     
       is anything but melancholic.  The melody is light and airy, with a      
     touch of jazz thrown in for good measure. The energy dips slightly on     
      "Give It Up," Medlar's team-up with Stu Clark. This track leans more     
        towards classic deep house, with soulful vocal samples and jazzy       
     chords adding a touch of sophistication.  However, the playful spirit     
         remains, evident in the unexpected breakdowns and quirky synth
