Bob The Groove returns to Bonzai Progressive with Nous Sommes Un, which

follows his last effort here, Filling The Void. The Frenchman knows how

to produce the goods and this one marks his sixth cut for us. A

mysterious character, Bob The Groove lets his music do the talking. He

has seen releases on several labels over the years like AH Digital,

Abstract Space Records, 238w, D&R Digital, Aeriform, Hydrogen and 3xA

Music. As always, it's a pleasure to have him on board.

Nous Sommes Un opens the release and straight away we're bound into a

deep, hypnotic groove. Hi strings create tension as 303 lines fade up,

slicing through the plucky bassline and repeating notes. The acid

content increases from the break, taking on a more scathing persona,

making this a definite must have. Silver Flakes completes the release,

delivering a tight, 303 laden grooves. Solid beats with rhythmic

percussions set the vibe as the layered 303 basslines are manipulated

into an electrified scene. A top-notch cut, not to be missed.
