        Just like his country's cyclists on the 'grand tours' of Europe,       
      Felipe Gordon is climbing rapidly - though he has the summit of deep     
        house in his sights, rather than a legendary French, Italian or        
     Spanish mountain. His music is always assured, on-point and playable,     
       and this three-tracker is no exception. Title track 'The Warehouse      
     Beast' is, by his standards, pleasingly bold, with echoing spoken word    
       snippets, classic-sounding stabs and fizzing electric piano riffs       
       rising above a chunky bassline and loose-limbed deep house drums.       
     Glenn Underground brilliantly re-imagines the track as an ever deeper,    
         more musically detailed treat underpinned by a fantastic acid         
       bassline, while bonus cut 'It's Over (Drive My Car)' is - somewhat      
         surprisingly - a hazy, loved-up deep house take on The Beatles        
                                   (really).
