A respected name within the progressive house fraternity, Forerunners 
makes a welcome return to Meanwhile with his first full release in the 
shape of the "Ancient Methods" EP. 

Operating out of his Arizona home, Brenden LaBonte has consistently 
found himself at the forefront of a distinctive underground house 
sound with his Forerunners soubriquet. An advocate of the quality over 
quantity' maxim and a sound that is full of maturity and quality, the 
US artist has seen his music allied to a plethora of high-profile 
imprints that include Anjunadeep, Silk Music, and Black Hole 
Recordings. 

Now returning to GMJ and Matter's flagship imprint after a spell- 
binding interpretation of Mike Isai's "Home" in July 2021, Meanwhile's 
21st release sees Forerunners open his "Ancient Methods" EP with the 
mesmerising title track. Full of melodic poise and rhythmic interplay,
