       For the latest missive on his Scruniversal label, Russian producer      
     ScruScru welcomes Nicewon Recordings regular Jeff Swiff to the imprint    
     for the first time. It's a quietly impressive and sonically attractive    
      EP all told, with Swiff confidently striding between dusty, sample-      
        rich sunshine house quirkiness ('Other Side of Uh Things', where       
      elastic bass guitar, twinkling synth sounds and oddball spoken word      
     snippets catch the ear), deeper and more hypnotic goodness (the starry    
       keyboard solos, jazzy guitars and locked-in grooves of 'Never Not       
      Doin' It') and hip-hop influenced 'MPC house' (the skewed 4/4 beats,     
       woozy Rhodes loops and even woozier chords of 'Where You At Tho').
