             Next up on Lowbit is this sensational three-track EP from Purple 
             Dub.

             'On Position' bursts into action from the first moment as the 
             elements writhe together against the backdrop of the undulating 
             kick drum. Sinister stabs fuse with deep, dark rhythms and the 
             mystical journey is in full swing. The main riff is unleashed 
             and its fury and beauty are united in their magnificence. 

             Next, 'Catching Up' delivers fierce arpeggiators and insistent 
             driving synth growls, underpinned by an unforgiving drum groove 
             and melancholy stabs. Snare fills and strings build the tension 
             until the breakdown reminds us of dance floors of the past and 
             also the future, before the mighty drop destroys us all. 

             Finally, 'Hood Guerilla' moves into overdrive quickly with a 
             hypnotic cacophony of drums, bass notes, synths, and gnarly 
             strings weaving together expertly. The build is effortless and 
             layer after layer is presented, and then the ethnic vocal steals 
             the show. 

             These upfront tracks are aimed firmly at the dance floor and are 
             not to be missed.
