Dansu Discs'latest offering is a double header featuring friends and
sometime friends and studio buddies Locky and Mad.Again. The headline
attraction is undoubtedly the collaborative title track, 'Sunset
Dreaming', where the pair wrap sparkling, crystal clear lead lines,
jaunty synth stabs and whispered female vocal samples around a hip-
swinging garage-house groove. Casey Spillman remixes, employing a
warped, wobbling bassline and more boisterous drums to give the track
a revivalist speed garage feel. Elsewhere, it's all about solo
productions. Locky Steps up first with the subtly acid-flecked, bass-
heavy shuffle of 'Troubke Maker', before Mad.Again tiptoes between
Korg M1 organ-powered mid-90s nostalgia and chunky deep house on
'Electro Fusion'.
